Access Behavioral Health Services’ Community Based Rehabilitation Service (CBRS) Program is a home and community based program that provides treatment to adults and children with a psychosocial disability. Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) are designed to support individuals with serious mental illness in achieving greater independence. Through personalized psychiatric rehabilitation interventions, our CBRS specialists help clients develop essential skills for daily living, such as social communication, problem-solving, and self-care, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.
