
Access Behavioral Health’s Residential Habilitation is a 24-hour supported living program that allows individuals with mental health diagnosis and/or developmental disabilities to live autonomously in their homes while accompanied by staff. This person-centered program tailors to the needs, desires, and goals of its participants while upholding each clients’ rights. Residential Habilitation is a home and community-based service designed to assist participants live independently in their own homes and as independently in the community as possible. Our program focuses on developing essential life skills, including personal care, social interaction, and household management, within a structured setting. Our goal is to promote independence and enhance the quality of life for each resident, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
