Access is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We serve people of all communities and currently offer two locations in Boise and in Nampa. Our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our clients.

Meet Nicole Morgan, LMSW

Nicole Morgan, LMSW, brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her role as a licensed social worker at ABHS. Graduating with a Master’s of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University in 2014, Nicole is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in her field, ensuring that she meets all Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements.

Nicole’s professional journey includes attending an enlightening Adlerian therapy conference, where she explored the fascinating connection between birth order and personality traits. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that physical and mental health are intricately linked. She is proficient in several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Grief Therapy, tailoring her treatments to suit each client’s unique needs.

Having faced and triumphed over personal physical challenges, Nicole exemplifies resilience and determination. She approaches therapy with a deep sense of empathy and partnership, prioritizing collaboration in navigating life’s obstacles alongside her clients.

Nicole works with children aged 11 and older, as well as adults of all genders, at ABHS since May 2021. Outside of her professional endeavors, Nicole finds joy in the color purple, reflecting her vibrant personality and positive outlook on life.
