Access is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We serve people of all communities and currently offer two locations in Boise and in Nampa. Our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our clients.

I graduated from Boise State University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Daniel Hardin is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a strong foundation in psychology and counseling. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and he is certified in Adlerian Psychology techniques, enriching his therapeutic toolkit.
With a humanist approach to counseling, Daniel focuses on empowering clients to gain insights and develop coping skills that enhance their quality of life. Known for his ability to quickly establish rapport and maintain a non-judgmental atmosphere, he creates a safe space where clients can explore their emotions and confront challenges from their past, present, or future.
Daniel’s professional journey spans over a decade at Access Behavior Health, where he has worked since 2008. He has extensive experience working with clients aged 14 to 80 years old, addressing a wide range of diagnoses, traumas, and life situations with empathy and expertise.

Tammie Haynes serves as the Targeted Care Coordination (TCC) Supervisor at Access Behavioral Health, where she oversees a program dedicated to supporting children diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. TCC aims to connect these families with essential services and resources to promote stability and foster recovery.
In her personal time, Tammie enjoys reading books on psychology and nutrition, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and holistic well-being. She also finds fulfillment in raising her own children, viewing parenthood as both a passion and a rewarding journey.
Tammie holds a Bachelor’s degree and has been a valued member of Access Behavioral Health since 2014, contributing her expertise and dedication to enhancing the lives of children and families in need of targeted care coordination services.

Rebecca Heihn serves as the Director of Respite for Youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) at Access Behavioral Health, overseeing the comprehensive management of the respite program. With a strong dedication to youth advocacy and mental health support, Rebecca ensures the program meets the diverse needs of its participants with compassion and expertise.
Rebecca’s personal interests include gardening, outdoor activities, and arts and crafts, reflecting her creative and nurturing approach both professionally and personally.

David is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He graduated from Boise State University with a Masters of Counseling Degree. His personal approach is based on an Existential framework, it is a humanistic worldview with the importance of searching to be truly authentic and genuine. He embraces counseling with the assumption that every person has a unique inner world and it is how we deal with challenges makes us who we are. David focuses on developing awareness, assets, promoting a rational thought process and finding personal balance. His style is semi-directive, positive, honest, and easygoing. David is passionate about social justice issues, the healing role environment plays in our lives, and ways to find peace daily. When not counseling, David finds time to run, enjoy the outdoors, travel, watch live music, ride his cruiser, and taking in a flick.
Meet David Horras, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor dedicated to guiding individuals towards a life of purpose, authenticity, and genuine living. David holds a Master’s of Arts degree in Counseling from Boise State University, with additional certifications as a Counselor Supervisor and LCPC.
With a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy, David specializes in areas such as grief and loss, life transitions, finding purpose and meaning, life direction, authentic living, self-care, boundaries, and healthy communication. He draws from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Wilderness Therapy. David also incorporates mindfulness practices, meditation, and holistic approaches such as nutrition and work/life balance into his work.
Idaho born and well-traveled, David brings a wealth of life experience to his practice. He finds joy in sports, spending time with loved ones, and immersing himself in the great outdoors. David lives by the principles he teaches, practicing empathy, love, and acceptance in all aspects of his life.
