Access is an outpatient behavioral health clinic. We serve people of all communities and currently offer two locations in Boise and in Nampa. Our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our clients.

Sarah Trued is a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care. With a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Sarah is committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
Sarah stays abreast of the latest advancements in psychopharmacology through ongoing continuing education, including reviewing journal articles and attending presentations from a psychopharmacology institute. In 2022, she completed a Nutritional Psychiatry certificate program, further enhancing her holistic approach to mental health care.
With a relaxed and warm approach, Sarah collaborates with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize their well-being. She believes in realistic guidance, emphasizing the importance of counseling and lifestyle changes alongside medication when necessary. Sarah advocates for simplified medication regimens and minimal use of benzodiazepines, prioritizing the overall health and safety of her patients.
Outside of her practice, Sarah finds joy in spending time with her family, gardening, painting, and reading. She is dedicated to serving individuals across the lifespan and offers both in-person and telehealth appointments for the convenience of her patients.
